On the "Gantt Charts" page, select a project or create a project (click the "+" button).
If there are no tasks in the project, the diagram state is empty:
- Left side — an empty table with columns: Priority, Task Name, Start Date, End Date, Status, Tags, Author, Assignee.
- Right side — a blank diagram area with a timeline.
- Above the table, there will be a "Create task" button.
Creating the first task
- Click the "Create task" button.
- The "Edit Task" window will open with an empty form to fill out.
- Fill in the fields:
- Name (required)
- Description
- Assignee: Assign a responsible person from the dropdown list.
- Task start and end dates
- Priority: Set the task importance.
- Column: Select an initial status.
- Project
4. Click the "Save" button.
After creating a task
- The task will appear as the first row in the table on the left.
- A task bar will appear on the diagram on the right.
- The system will automatically calculate and fill in the table columns:
- Start: Current date or project start date.
- End: End date based on duration.
- Days: Planned number of working days.
Creating subsequent tasks and planning
- Repeat the steps to create the remaining project tasks.
- After creating several tasks, you can:
- Adjust deadlines: Drag the edges of task bars on the diagram to change dates.
- Move tasks: Drag the entire task bar along the timeline.
- Edit details: Click any task in the list or on the diagram to open the edit window.
- Track progress: As tasks are completed, update their status or completion percentage.
